02Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and avatar from your Google account; we never see your Google password.
• Onboarding details — answers you optionally give at signup, such as how you found us and what you want to accomplish.
• Task and campaign content — the instructions you give our AI agents, the prospect lists, leads, emails and messages generated for you, and the results stored in your workspace.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, tasks created, credits spent, and interactions with the dashboard and agents.
• Support and chat messages — questions you ask Humantive AI or an agent, contact/demo form submissions, and support tickets.
• Billing information — your plan, credit balance, payment history, and card brand/last four digits. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookies Policy).

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service — including running the tasks you assign to agents.
• Track your credit balance and process plan payments and top-ups.
• Personalize your experience and improve our features, agents, and knowledge base.
• Respond to your support tickets, demo requests, and messages.
• Send service communications such as task completions, billing notices, and security alerts.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or fraud.

04AI Agents and Your Data

Humantive’s agents work with real business data: prospect and lead information is gathered from publicly available business sources and licensed data providers — it is never invented by the AI.

The instructions and content you submit to agents are processed only to complete your tasks. We do not use your private task content, prospect lists, or campaign data to train AI models for other customers, and we do not sell your data.

05How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service — such as hosting, AI infrastructure, payment processing, scheduling (e.g. Calendly), and analytics — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions under confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Humantive, our users, or the public.

06Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. For details, see our Cookies Policy.

07Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and payment details are handled by PCI-compliant processors. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Data Retention

We retain your account information, task history, and results for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

09Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can update your profile and download your task results (CSV/JSON) directly from the dashboard. For anything else, contact us at info@humantive.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

10International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to protect data transferred internationally.

11Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and — for significant changes — emailing registered users.
