Your first search in four steps
From sign-up to a list of companies you can contact, usually in a few minutes.
- 1Create your account
Sign up with your email or Google. Email accounts confirm a 6-digit code first; every new account starts on a 14-day free trial with 200 credits, no card required.
- 2Set up your ICP
Enter your website and Humantive reads it for you. Review what you sell and who you target, then approve your ideal customer profile (ICP).
- 3Find prospects with Anna
Your dashboard opens Anna with searches written from your ICP. Pick one or write your own, choose how many prospects you want and start.
- 4Review and export
Companies appear as they are found and fill in with details a few seconds later. Filter, check the ICP match and export to Excel, CSV or PDF.
Setup
Set up your ideal customer profile
Your ICP tells Anna exactly who to look for. Every new account sets it up first; the app opens once it is approved.
Paste your website. It is read automatically and fills in your company name and description; you can edit anything.
Describe what you sell and the value it delivers. Suggestions are written from your own website.
Industries, locations, decision-maker roles and company sizes you want to reach.
Check the drafted profile and approve it. Prospect search starts after approval.
You can leave setup with Save & exit at any point. Your answers are kept and you continue from the same step next time you sign in.

Anna finds the companies that match your ICP, then reads each company’s own website to add contact and company details.
- Write a clear brief
Name a business type and a place: “Dental clinics in Manchester” or “SaaS companies in Texas”. Anna suggests searches written from your ICP.
- Choose a quantity
Pick how many prospects you want. The cost is shown before you start.
- Watch results arrive
Companies appear the moment they are found. Contact and company details fill in a few seconds later.
- Pause or resume
Pause a search at any time from its workspace. Nothing more is charged while it is paused.

ICP match
Meets every criterion in your ICP that can be checked, such as industry, location and company size.
Nothing contradicts your ICP, but some criteria, such as the decision maker, cannot be confirmed yet.
At least one criterion does not fit, for example a different industry.

Your account and your data are protected at every step.
Email sign-ups confirm a 6-digit code before the account is created. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and only a few can be sent to one address each hour.
Passwords need at least 8 characters with letters and numbers, and cannot contain your email name.
Repeated wrong passwords temporarily pause sign-in for that address.
Resetting your password signs you out on every device.
Throwaway email addresses cannot open a free trial.
Each workspace’s prospects, searches and credits are kept separate from every other account.
